Jes and Jack’s wedding at the Langham Hotel in Boston was absolutely perfect. Perfect weather, perfect venue, perfect details, perfect dress… I couldn’t condense it down to just one post, so here’s part of the day- getting ready and portrait shoot. Some of my favorite things:
The guys getting ready. Jesse did a spectacular job documenting a time that is always in the shadow of the bride’s getting ready time.
The fun moments happening around the formals. Not everyone just stands in line waiting to be photographed. There’s a lovely little story happening around the main event.
The entering the ceremony photo. Amazing. Jesse really kicked ass with this wedding. He’s great 
I hung the dress on the shower curtain because there wasn't another place. I think it turned out nicely.
I love this getting ready shot Jesse grabbed
but I think I love this one more. See how there's two stories going on in the same photo? One in the foreground, one in the background.
the streets outside the Langham are beautiful and sooo "Boston"
Jes and Jack's "first look". It wasn't a huge production. Just a sweet little moment when the reality of the wedding day hit them.
This cute little park is right across the street from the Langham and it combines the outdoors with such an urban environment.
while Jesse was getting formals, I captured Jack hugging Jes's mom. I love moments like this.
I chalk the comfortability with having his photo taken with the engagement shoot.
The inside of the Langham is so COOL! All these funky maps and portraits of presidents. Love it.
