Wow- what a year! This year has brought us all over New England, and to Mexico! We are so lucky.

I’m currently working on my favorite photos from the year, and thought I’d share one. The favs groups is a mix of uniquely captured details, candids that warm my heart (like the photo below), and dramatic portraits. Essentially what we try to capture at every wedding!

Making this list of my favorites is always really hard, but really humbling. It’s cheesy for a wedding photographer to wax on and on about how honored they are to participate in people’s wedding days, so I won’t go too overboard…  but, dear god, I am so lucky to be able to be there!

Seriously. So. Cute.

Yesterday, I took photos of a fun, happy family in Quincy, many of whom hadn’t seen each other in 8 years!! These two see each other everyday, and look how cute they are.

Oh my God, Megan and Jim’s wedding yesterday was amazing. The Red Lion Inn was gorgeous, the weather was gorgeous, Megan & Jim, gorgeous… well, pretty much everything was gorgeous. wait ’til you see the whole wedding.

You may remember Chris and Monica’s engagement shoot teasers, but here is a larger selection from the whole shoot. They wanted something edgy and urban, and we were most happy to oblige!! And we gave them some cute and sweet ones at the same time… I can’t resist, they were just too cute and happy together to not snag some photos of that side of them.

We did Chris and Monica’s Boston engagement shoot in the Leather District and Chinatown this weekend. Awesome things that came from this shoot: the photos {of course!}, C&M’s celebrity mashup name “Chronica” (I’m pretty proud of that one), and a guy hollered “That’s hot” out the window as C&M were posing on the sidewalk. All in all, an awesome shoot.
